Dance for Health Series: Eaton Club x HKDA – Creating a Soothing Space for Workplace Caregivers
Dance for Health Series: When the Office Meets Dance – Finding a Soothing Space for “Caregivers”
At Eaton Club, we have always believed that an ideal Flexible Workspace is more than just a place to work; it is a holistic ecosystem that supports personal growth and well-being. As a premier provider of flexible work solutions, we are constantly exploring ways to bring value-added benefits to our members—from professional business support to exclusive community wellness initiatives.
Recently, we have turned our focus toward an essential group in the professional world: the “Workplace Caregivers.” These are the leaders guiding their teams through challenges, and the professionals who also carry the weight of family responsibilities at home. To provide these “caregivers” with a much-needed sanctuary for healing and release, Eaton Club is proud to partner with the Hong Kong Dance Alliance (HKDA) for the latest installment of the “Dance for Health” series.
1. Redefining Workplace Mental Health: Moving from “Giving” to “Connecting”
In the fast-paced world of high-stakes business, Workplace Mental Health can often take a backseat. Many leaders accumulate immense psychological pressure while focusing on team performance and complex decision-making. The Hong Kong Dance Alliance (HKDA) has long promoted the “DanceHub Wellness” philosophy, believing that somatic movement and dance can effectively release suppressed emotions.
“Dance is not just an artistic performance; it is a dialogue between the body and the mind. Through movement, we learn to let go of attachments and embrace our true selves.”
The workshops provided by HKDA are not professional dance training sessions. Instead, they emphasize natural, soothing movements that guide participants to reconnect with their breath and the flow of their muscles. This “Dance for Health” concept aligns perfectly with Eaton Club’s commitment to “Holistic Wellness.”

2. “Dance for Health” Series 3: Care for Caregivers Program Details
For this series, we have chosen the Social Wellness Hall at Eaton Club Langham Place (49/F) as our venue. With its breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, the sense of openness provides an immediate therapeutic effect. This series is divided into a “Workshop” and “Deepening Classes,” specifically designed for those in need of a breather:
【The Workshop】Create Your Own Soothing Space
