  1. Eligibility: Offers are applicable to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited.
  2. Redemption: Cardholders must present their valid Citi Ultima Card upon arrival or booking to enjoy the offers.
  3. Payment: All payments must be settled using a valid Citi Ultima Card.
  4. Lounge Access: Complimentary access to the Central Lounge is subject to a minimum spend of one (1) beverage per person. Access to Wan Chai and Mong Kok lounges is not included in this program.
  5. Booking: Advance reservation is required for Meeting Rooms, Private Offices, and Event Spaces, subject to availability.
  6. Cancellation: Cancellation policies apply to facility bookings; please enquire with Eaton Club staff for details.
  7. General: Eaton Club reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
